I believe the latter is the case. Without exception, all of the customers we spoke to understood the idea immediately. That doesn't mean that everyone will immediately order a subscription, but the concept is understandable for everyone. It is the service providers who have to jump over their shadows here. Different languages incur different costs for translation service providers, as already mentioned . So when I say that a customer can order a thousand words of Norwegian for the same price as a thousand words of Spanish, that goes against the grain of most providers.

Tim:Of course, the biggest advantage is for customers who regularly order translations. If you have a one-off translation project like a website translation, the needs or challenges may not be as great. However, website translations rarely take place in isolation because there is almost always an ongoing need for translation of some kind. Many companies run regular marketing campaigns, for example via email or social media, and need translations of blog content, press releases or accompanying content for product launches.
