I often find that brainstorming sessions can be daunting for some team members, especially if there is no warning. To combat this, I send out a reminder to my team the day before so everyone has ideas prepared in advance. Share knowledge, insights and resources. As they say, knowledge is power. If your team can share knowledge, they'll feel more empowered to contribute on a level playing field.
